Returns:

Returns must be requested within 5 business days of receipt. Damaged or missing product must be communicated to Wildtime Foods within 48 hours of receipt. NO return authorizations, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any food products that have been opened, defaced, or relabeled. Return freight paid by customer. 

 

Refunds:

Upon return product will be inspected by a quality assurance team member. If it is determined product has been opened, defaced, or relabeled Wildtime Foods reserves all rights to dispose of product and withhold refund. Your product will ship out via UPS Ground from our production warehouse in Eugene, OR approximately 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) after placing your order.

 

Arrival for standard shipping UPS Ground is 1-7 business days within the 48 states. Holidays may affect these times.

 

UPS delivers to physical addresses only. 
UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes

A UPS tracking number will be sent to your email along with an order number. A physical packing slip will be included in your order with the lot #(s) of the product(s) you purchased for your reference.

 

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all UPS Ground orders within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally, but hope to do so in the future!
