Cool off from the heat with this simple refreshing summer dessert. You’ve had breakfast for dinner, breakfast for lunch, even breakfast for dinner, but now you can have breakfast for dessert! Healthier than most breakfast foods, this breakfast for dessert recipe is sure to please.

What you'll need
Granola
1 1/2 Cups Grizzlies Granola
2 T Melted butter
Cherry Frozen Yogurt
1 1/2 Cups Greek yogurt
1 1/2 Cups whole milk/half and half/coconut milk
1/4 Cup plus 3 T honey
1 1/2 Cup chopped and pitted cherries
Step 1 (Ice Cream)
Mix all ingredients together in food processor or blender. Place yogurt mixture into your ice cream maker and proceed with the machines instructions.
Step 2
Line muffin tin with parchment cups. Place Granola in food processor and pulse until coarse meal. Drizzle in melted butter and pulse until combined.
Step 3
Put 3 T of Granola mixture into each muffin tin and press down to make compact.
Step 4
Scoop out about 1/4 cup yogurt atop the Granola mixture and then top with fresh fruit and more granola. Freeze the granola cups in tin for about 1-2 hours.

Serving
Be prepared to eat them fast for two reasons:
1. your kids will eat them all, and
2. they're gonna melt fast.
I would suggest serving them in a bowl and spoon like any civilized human, if you have enough time for that.
Grizzlies Cherry Pecan granola is available in the bulk aisle at selected natural food stores. If you don't have access to this granola, any granola from grizzliesbrand.com will do. I'm partially biased, but I only like the best, what can I say.
ENJOY!
